Our research interests range from classical low power reliable VLSI design to recent/emerging digital system development. The applications encompass various neural network (CNN, RNN, SNN, DNN) accelerators, embedded memories for mobile and IoT applications, and application-specific processors for error correction, communications, image processing, and security hardware.
